We personally construct and deliver all our balloons, and balloon displays. For this reason, we currently only service the Costa del Sol area from Malaga to Gibraltar.

Collection is available for personalised balloons, balloon stacks and personalised acrylics. Delivery will incur a surcharge.

Items such as balloon garlands, easel garlands, balloon hoops, balloon walls, neon signs, backdrops and prosecco walls will need to be delivered and installed.

All the balloons are inflated prior to delivery for faster installation. By booking a balloon installation you give us the ability to create a bespoke balloon display unique to your space.

The charge for installation and delivery across the Marbella, Benahavis, Puerto Banús, San Pedro and Estepona areas, is 20% on top of the total balloon and décor fee. Anything further afield than these areas will be charged extra, depending on location.

Measuring the wall or space where you would like the balloon garland or structure to go is the best way to accurately decide on a size.

Our garlands start from 6ft and can be as big as you like. Our hoops are 6ft across and down.

Once you send us measurements, we can help you pick the best option for your space and occasion.

Early is always best — especially for big events. For these we recommend booking 4 weeks prior to the date of your event. This gives us time to order anything we don’t have in stock.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, the remaining payment is due the day prior to delivery and installation.

We can usually accommodate last-minute bookings so don’t worry; we will try our best to assist you.

For personalised balloons, balloon stacks, and personalised acrylics we can usually produce these with 24-48 hours’ notice. Payment is accepted on collection.

All our balloons and displays are unique and bespoke, they are made specially for you and your event or occasion.

Once you get in touch, we will ask you to fill in an enquiry form. This will ask you for details on sizing, colours, textures, and timings – the more details you provide the more accurate we can be on the quote we send you for pricing.

We can accept payment for your balloon order in cash, bank transfer or Revolut.

For personalised balloons and balloon stacks, full payment upon collection is required. For events, parties, and occasion packages a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, the remaining payment is due the day prior to delivery and installation.

Our prices are all in Euros, however if you are ordering from overseas for delivery here in Spain, we can take GBP.

Balloons will last longer if you take care of them. An aftercare card will be provided within your order confirmation email and given to you on the day of collection/delivery.

Balloons prefer being kept at room temperature. Please keep your balloons away from any heat/direct sunlight which will cause balloons to expand and pop. Equally, very low temperatures can shrink your balloons and reduce floating time.

Indoor air-filled balloons can last up to 4 weeks. Outdoor air-filled balloons generally only last 1-2 days.
